The board agreed to ask seniors for their preference and to leave this year’s Friday night date unchanged; members said the senior class advisors would quickly collect a vote.
On routine business the board moved and seconded several consensus items. The motions were called and carried; one board member, Jim, is recorded as opposing a motion. Later the board approved a motion for an anticipated executive session "to discuss the position of a particular person," which carried without public discussion afterward.
