Board approves depot waivers and returns three $250 deposits

Museum staff presented three facility-use waivers for the depot and three deposit refunds and asked the board to approve them.
Staff said the Pilot Club of Scott County will use the depot for bimonthly meetings through June 8, 2027; the Scott County Youth Grant Making Council requested the banquet hall for a May 17 celebration; and the Southeast Indiana U.S. Small Business Administration asked to use room 126 for a May 21 Rev Up event. Staff also asked to refund $250 deposits to the Scott County Republican Party (April 30), Scott County Community Foundation (May 7) and District 9 Healthcare Coalition (May 11). "They're all good," the presenter said of the events and refunded deposits.
The board approved the waivers and refunds by motion. The board recorded the approvals and asked staff to return signed copies where needed.
