City Manager Mary Ellen Bechtel and Finance Director Stephanie Bailey presented Roth & Co.'s proposal and recommended the contract. Bailey said she had spoken with Roth & Co. at length and their references were very good. The council approved the resolution on a motion by Council Member Ray Botch, seconded by Council Member Mike Young; the vote was unanimous.
The contract fee schedule presented in the meeting record is $145,000 for the first year, $151,000 for 2024, $157,000 for 2025 and $163,000 for 2026.
