The board also reviewed a site‑review agreement for Michael and Lorraine Gagnon for a North Bass Road property; staff said this proposal includes a building addition and therefore has more outstanding conditions than the Sizemore file. Board members discussed obtaining property‑owner permission for any sidewalk inspection.
On minutes, the board distributed and approved the draft minutes from Jan. 27, 2026 without comment.
