Peterson said increased work and family commitments have made it difficult for him to dedicate the time required for Authority service. He thanked fellow Authority members and staff for their support during his tenure and then left the meeting at 4:14 p.m.
The Authority did not record a motion regarding replacement at that meeting; the seat will be vacant after Jan. 31 and addressed in future CTIDA personnel or appointment procedures.
