Commission recommends preliminary and final subdivision approval for Neighborhood 91 parcels; RIDC plans May 13 groundbreaking

The Findlay Township Planning Commission on April 28 recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve both preliminary and final subdivision applications from RIDC for parcels in the Neighborhood 91 development.
Assistant Manager/Planning Administrator Brandon Stanick told commissioners that RIDC's application met all requirements for preliminary and final approval to subdivide Parcel A‑2 (4.02 acres) and Parcel B‑1 (7.831 acres) from Lot A. Kelsey Kanspedos, representing RIDC, told the commission the developer intends to break ground on the proposed building on May 13, 2026.
Member Tim Cook moved to recommend Board approval of both the preliminary and final subdivision; Member Rade Opacic seconded the motion, and it passed on a unanimous voice vote.
The recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for final action. The Planning Commission record does not specify the proposed use of the new parcels beyond their inclusion in the Neighborhood 91 development plan.
