College Township IDA elects Ray Liddick Jr. chair, approves 2026 officer slate and committee assignments

At its Jan. 21 reorganization meeting, the College Township Industrial Development Authority unanimously approved a 2026 officer slate led by Ray Liddick Jr. and adopted committee assignments and routine reappointments including solicitor and auditor.
Ray Liddick Jr., chair of the College Township Industrial Development Authority, was formally installed as chair after the board unanimously approved the Authority's 2026 officer slate during the reorganization meeting on Jan. 21.
Keri Kenepp, CT Director of Community and Economic Development, called the Reorganization Meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. and presented the slate: Ray Liddick, Jr., Chair; Vanessa Sherman, Vice Chair; Anthony Fragola, Treasurer; Katy Colby, Secretary; Lamartine Hood, Assistant Treasurer; and Benson Lichtig, Assistant Secretary. Ray Forziat moved to approve the slate and John Peterson seconded; the motion carried unanimously and the gavel was turned over to Chair Liddick.
The board also approved committee member assignments for 2026: Finance Committee (R. Forziat, chair; A. Fragola; V. Sherman; one vacancy), Loan Committee (A. Fragola, chair; B. Lichtig; R. Forziat; vacancy), Marketing Committee (R. Liddick, Jr., chair; L. Hood; K. Colby; vacancy), and Governance Committee (R. Liddick, Jr.; A. Fragola; R. Forziat; vacancy). The committee slate passed by unanimous vote.
The Consent Agenda was approved without objection and included routine reappointments: Solicitor Jeffrey Stover, Esq. (Stover McGlaughlin); Auditor Fiore, Fedeli, Snyder, Carothers, LLP; Right-to-Know Officer Adam T. Brumbaugh; adoption of the federal IRS mileage reimbursement rate; and authorization for disposition of records (R-26-01). Following those approvals, the Reorganization Meeting was adjourned at 4:08 p.m.
The reorganization sets CTIDA leadership and committee coverage for 2026; vacant committee seats remain to be filled, and routine administrative appointments were continued for the year.
