The Montville Township Zoning Board of Adjustment on March 19 carried one application with notice preserved to June 3, adopted prior meeting minutes and approved consultant and attorney invoices.
The carried application, ZC13-25 (Bharat Patel, 86 Windsor Dr.), requests a driveway setback of 0.5 feet where 5 feet is required; notice for the hearing was ruled acceptable and the application was carried with notice preserved to the June 3, 2026 meeting.
The board also moved to adopt the minutes of March 4, 2026. The motion to adopt was made by Rebecca Gomilla, seconded by Jake Kovalcik; roll call votes in favor were recorded for Gomilla, Kovalcik, Ryan Pisano and Ron Cain.
Finally, the board reviewed and approved invoices from consultants and counsel, including line items recorded in the minutes for Burgis, Carroll and invoices for attorney Pashman. Motion to approve invoices was made by Larry Lomrantz and seconded by Jake Kovalcik; roll call votes in favor were Gomilla, Kovalcik, Lomrantz, Pisano and Cain.
The meeting adjourned following the routine business; no other substantive business, correspondence or closed session items were reported.
