Directors Sean Millerick (president) and Matthew Metcalf attended, along with staff including Dennis White, general manager; Penny Cuadras, administrative services manager; Trish Wilkinson, accounting supervisor; and Kelly Reese, administrative support assistant. Director Millerick called the meeting to order and moved to approve the agenda; Director Metcalf seconded.
Committee members reviewed the Heat Illness Prevention Policy and recommended its approval and submission to the next Regular Board meeting for consideration by the full board.
