The Town of Sand Lake Planning Board on Jan. 21 continued public hearings for June Farms (274 Parker Rd), noting there was no new information to present. The minutes list planned site work: construction of a second 'hobbit house'; renovation and addition of bathrooms to the Timbertown cabins; construction of a swimming pool with a hot tub and a cold plunge; and installation of a new septic system to serve the proposed structures.
The board explicitly stated it would not discuss the item at this meeting and that the public hearing would remain open until new information is presented. The board subsequently moved to continue the public hearing to the next available Planning Board meeting.
