The Town of Sand Lake Planning Board set a public hearing for Feb. 4, 2026, at 7:00 PM for a site plan review application to build a 40‑by‑60‑foot, three‑bay garage at 4533 Route 150. Jesse Johnson, the contractor presenting the application, said the garage would be for personal use only, would feature metal siding and downward lighting, and would not include water or sewer connections.
The board moved and carried a motion that the Planning Board serve as Lead Agency for environmental review. The public hearing will give neighbors and other interested parties an opportunity to comment before the board takes a final vote.
