The property lies within 100 feet of Big Bowman, and the applicant said the addition will match the house in siding and roofing.
Board member Ralph Lamontagna noted that only downward lighting is permitted. The board declared Lead Agency, determined the project to be a Type II action under SEQR, and approved the application with the condition that appropriate erosion and sediment controls be installed during construction.
