Cayce council approves FY27 State Victim Assistance Grant participation and fills Events Committee vacancies

Council Member Byron Thomas encouraged participation in community cleanups and noted ongoing work on a potential golf cart ordinance, coordinated with neighboring West Columbia as a possible model.
