Applicant Richard Woodcock presented an updated site plan for SUP2024-06, a proposed seasonal campground at 7720 Higginsville Road that would include 50 sites, a manufactured home and a pavilion. Woodcock said he has applied for a flood-plain development permit and contacted the health department.
Planning Board members asked for additional materials before proceeding with SEQR review: a road cross-section, details on sanitary facilities, a plan for recreation areas, a letter from the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), and a highway-department letter addressing access for sites 1 through 5. The board also advised the applicant to notify all neighbors of the plans and to identify the engineers working on electric and plumbing (the minutes reference Niagara Mohawk for electric and an engineer from Syracuse for plumbing).
The board indicated that, assuming the additional information is submitted, it will review SEQR at the next meeting. No final decision or vote was taken on the special-use permit at this session.
