The board noted that 239m referrals had been sent to Oneida County Planning, Oneida County DPW, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and the Town of Verona. Oneida County Planning returned no recommendations and the DEC provided recommendations to the applicant; Oneida County DPW and the Town of Verona had until April 21 to respond. Under applicable town law, the planning board may not take final action until required 239m recommendations are received or the 30‑day review period lapses; the application will return on the next meeting agenda for final action or when the review period permits.
