Carlisle Council adopts street‑lighting assessments, supplemental appropriation, planning contract and declares an engine surplus

Planning contract: Council approved Resolution 22-24 authorizing a $15,000 agreement with the Warren County Regional Planning Commission to assist with the city comprehensive plan. City Manager Lohr said the county commission brings local knowledge and is currently assisting neighboring jurisdictions; Mr. Michael Kilpatrick noted private consultants could be more expensive.
Surplus engine: Council adopted Ordinance 16-24 declaring a Fire Department engine surplus and authorizing sale (staff mentioned GovDeals as a likely sale platform).
