The East Caln Township Board of Supervisors awarded a $120,785 contract to Eagle Contracting & Landscaping, Inc. for stormwater repairs on Bell Tavern Boulevard at its Jan. 5 meeting after the township engineer recommended that bidder.
Michael O’Brien, assistant township manager and zoning officer, presented two COSTARS contractor bids for the repair work and the township stormwater engineer (EB Walsh) recommended Eagle Contracting & Landscaping, Inc. in the amount of $120,785.00. On a motion by Charles A. DeLone, seconded by Donald P. Ash, the board unanimously approved the bid award.
The board also approved the meeting expenditures as presented (motion by Donald P. Ash, seconded by Bruce Taylor) and ratified a PLIGIT general fund transfer of $300,000 to First Resource general fund accounts (motion by Charles A. DeLone, seconded by Donald P. Ash); both motions passed unanimously.
The board set its next meeting for Jan. 21, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. and adjourned the regular meeting at 1:52 p.m.
