The Blair Township Planning Commission approved the minutes of its May 6, 2024 regular meeting during the July 1 meeting. Commissioner Theresa Gillie made the motion to approve the minutes and Commissioner Chris Kreidler seconded; the motion carried with three yes votes.
Clearwell Engineering had submitted plans for a Greendown Acres site expansion, but Township engineer Eric Banks reported no new information had been received from the applicant. Commissioners Theresa Gillie and Chris Kreidler moved and seconded, respectively, to recommend tabling the Greendown Acres plan; the motion passed unanimously.
Chairman Ted Ventre called for other business; none was offered. Commissioner Chris Kreidler moved to adjourn and Theresa Gillie seconded. The meeting adjourned at 6:28 p.m. The commission scheduled its next regular meeting for Monday, Aug. 5, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
