Council also passed a resolution to apply $15,625 in County Aid funds to the payment due to Suit‑Kote for the seal‑coat project. Separately, the council agreed that millings from the paving project must be ground prior to reuse; Union Township volunteered to grind and track quantities. Council approved delivering 2–3 loads of millings to the American Legion ballfield to address driveway issues and authorized a prior plan to send a load to Evergreen Cemetery.
Streets Supervisor Bob Phillips reported that Cross Paving and Suit‑Kote work under the 2024 program is complete and that Bentley Run stabilization work is finished pending topsoil and seeding. Council recorded unanimous votes on the motions and gave staff direction to coordinate milling logistics with the township.
