Wetlands Agent Alyssa Barroso noted the property has wetlands flags. Commission members asked that the plan include dimensions showing the locations of wetland flags #5 and #10 in relation to proposed silt fences and asked for additional details about erosion controls and construction timing. Knight said the project might be re-mapped but that they would likely proceed with the current plan.
The commission did not take final action and requested the additional mapping and erosion-control details be submitted for further review.
