Supervisor Kerry Jobe summarized the Crabtree Sewage Project, saying an intergovernmental cooperation agreement needs finalization before engineers can be authorized to work on a 537 sewage facilities plan. Once the 537 plan is prepared and approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, the township would be eligible to pursue grant funding to construct the project.
