Applications and intake forms attached to the meeting record name Dana Koller as the event sponsor contact, estimate total attendees at 300 with roughly 125 expected to consume alcohol, and list the Bernalillo Police Department as the security provider. The Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) permit materials specify that server certification is required for staff serving alcohol and that law-enforcement security will be used.
Councilor Torres-Quintana moved approval and Councilor Prairie seconded; the roll call vote was unanimous. Town staff did not detail additional conditions beyond the standard ABC permitting and server-certification requirements recorded in the application forms.
Organizers and vendors will be responsible for obtaining required ABC permits and meeting server-certification and security requirements prior to the event.
