HARB appoints officers and approves prior minutes

Richard Buchanan nominated John Marshall to serve as Chair; Nick Vendetta seconded the nomination and the board approved it unanimously. John Marshall nominated Richard Buchanan to serve as Vice Chair; the motion was seconded by Mr. Vendetta and approved unanimously. Mr. Marshall nominated Ayman Shehata to serve as Secretary; Mr. Buchanan seconded and the nomination passed unanimously.
The board approved the Oct. 6, 2023 minutes on a motion by John Marshall, seconded by Richard Buchanan; the motion carried unanimously.
