Members of the Mendham Township Historic Preservation Committee discussed relocating the committee’s archives at the Jan. 8 meeting, agreeing to move materials from a temporary site at the Community of St. John Baptist Convent to the former police department building.
The committee recorded that the Department of Public Works will assist with the relocation but that the move date depends on work being completed in the former police building. Township Committee liaison Nick Monahan was assigned to follow up on the move date and report back to the committee.
