Chief Ross said the recommended option (the different-manufacturer refurbished head with four rotors) offers a longer expected life at the lower price point.
The board moved and seconded to accept option two and carried the motion by voice vote. Staff will schedule the replacement, and the town will proceed with the vendor's parts-and-labor installation and the 90-day warranty terms.
