Hainesport committee adopts routine resolutions, introduces budget ordinance
Summary

Consent and regular resolutions passed unanimously, including:
- Resolution 2026-78-4: reject and rebid turf-maintenance proposals. - Resolution 2026-79-4: award municipal parks turf-maintenance contract (vendor and contract details in resolution). - Resolution 2026-80-4: award LSRP services for the Hitco site to Britain Environmental LLC under NJDEP HDSRF (PI number 020723). - Resolution 2026-81-4: memorialize qualified Hainesport Fire Company volunteer firefighters for the 2024 and 2025 LOSAP program.
Later in the meeting the committee entered executive session to discuss potential litigation and property acquisition. After returning, the committee unanimously authorized the Township Solicitor to take action against A&L Septic as discussed in closed session.
All recorded votes during the meeting reflected unanimous approval where taken; motions to approve minutes, consent resolutions and the grant-application resolution passed by roll call.
