IQ Fiber to start construction in Millsboro; company outlines resident outreach and repair commitments

Wagner said the build is part of the company's broader expansion (its fifth state) and emphasized care in construction and communications: "If we break anything, we're going to want to fix it. If you've got any issues, we're going to want to fix it," he told council.
There was no formal council action; staff encouraged residents to contact the company and the town manager's office with specific concerns during construction.
