Council confirms committee appointments and asks CEO to develop roads working group

Councillor Stvich moved the motions and explained the delegate changes tied to a recent Manager Development Services appointment; Miss Hamilton answered procedural questions about committee membership and deputy roles.
Separately, councillors requested the CEO develop terms of reference for a roads working group to provide community input to the road maintenance and improvement program; the request was included in the carried motion. The council voted to appoint members and to ask the CEO to prepare the roads working group TORs.
The motion carried in open session with councillors recording unanimous support.
