Milwood residents ask Millsboro for help completing promised roads; developer named in remarks

Suri said residents have waited years and brought photos of deteriorated roads in both good and bad weather. She asked the council to assist with getting the roads completed and said many longtime residents had been promised the finish work.
Town staff and the mayor acknowledged the concern and pointed to the normal process of working with DelDOT and the town's committee that meets with DelDOT; staff suggested residents attend the next committee meeting where engineering expertise would be available.
No formal action was taken at the meeting, but councilors and staff said they would post the relevant committee meeting and recommended direct engagement between residents and the town's DelDOT committee.
