Windsor trustees approve corrected re-levy, tiny budget amendment and routine vouchers

Resolution No. 8-2025 corrected an earlier water re-levy amount from $1,032.72 to $1,216.45 and authorized sending the corrected figure to the Broome County Department of Finance for re-levy. The motion was offered by Trustee James W. Miller and seconded by Trustee John R. McNulty; the vote was recorded AYE — Mayor Ronald G. Harting and Trustees Elaine L. Card, John R. McNulty, James W. Miller and Thomas M. Skinner.
Resolution No. 9-2025 amended the village's FY2025-2026 budget to reflect a $0.02 difference on the tax roll by adjusting estimated revenues and appropriations (subsidiary accounts A1001 and A1621.4); the resolution was adopted on a unanimous vote after being offered by Trustee James W. Miller and seconded by Trustee John R. McNulty.
The board also accepted the Treasurer's report (motion by Trustee James W. Miller, seconded by Trustee Elaine L. Card; vote: AYE — all trustees) and approved payment of vouchers totaling $22,892.60 (Abstract #1) and $26,402.43 (Abstract #1A) on a motion by Trustee Thomas M. Skinner, seconded by Trustee John R. McNulty. Trustees approved the February 6, 2025 meeting minutes (motion by Thomas M. Skinner; second by Elaine L. Card) and later entered executive session at 8:04 p.m. to discuss a legal mitigation matter, returning at 8:17 p.m.; the meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
