At the start of its Jan. 9 meeting the Economic Development Commission approved the Nov. 11, 2025 minutes by voice vote after a motion and second. The clerk recorded Ben as mover and Norman as second for the motion to approve the minutes.
The body then moved through agenda items including updates on Community Investment Fund grants, the River Mill brownfield project, the recently submitted DEEP green-stormwater grant and other redevelopment opportunities. No formal land-use approvals or budget votes were taken. The commission closed with a motion to adjourn that passed by voice vote and a subset of members remained on the call for a follow-up meeting.
No recorded abstentions or recorded roll-call tallies were given for the motions; the meeting closed and the recording was stopped.
