A council member voiced concern that parts of the CF1 were incomplete or missing numeric entries; council procedure allows tabling until documentation is verified. The council recorded the motion to table several related resolutions and compliance forms and carried it by voice vote.
The immediate effect was limited: acceptance of the late filing preserves Done Right’s opportunity to seek the abatements, while tabling the CF1 approvals prevents administrative processing until staff confirms the missing details. The council directed staff to obtain the complete forms and provide the numbers for the council’s review at a future meeting.
