Commissioner Ruthanne moved to schedule the special meeting and Commissioner Eric seconded. The Planning Commission approved the motion unanimously by roll call. Staff said the June 8 Town Council study session is planned and that the Planning Commission's June 4 review will allow commissioners to forward comments to Council in advance.
The commission also heard a brief reminder about a June 1 staff study session on drone delivery service land-use implications; staff advised watching the session online or attending in person.
