Greg Sheeline, representing the planning commission, presented five cases: three rezonings and two subdivisions that were advertised and routed through drainage review.
The rezonings approved: a property at 4216 South 400 East from agricultural to rural residential; two lots (listed as 6395 and 6399 East) in Greentown from light industrial to rural residential; and three vacant lots at 140 North 550 West from agricultural to rural residential. Sheeline also presented two subdivisions tied to the rezonings: Williamsdale (one lot at 4216 South 400 East) and Timberfield Estates (two lots at 6395/6399). Planning staff reported there were no remonstrances at the hearings and recommended approval.
Commissioners moved, seconded and approved the rezonings and subdivisions as presented.
