The council approved the minutes from the May 18 regular session after accepting a requested correction to remove part of the 'council comments' paragraph.
Later in the meeting a member moved and another seconded a motion to go into executive session "pursuant to OC 12122G8" to consider confidential information related to economic development assistance. The motion was seconded and carried on a roll-call vote: Jesse, Ron, Jeremy, Dave, Darl and Jeff recorded "yes."
The meeting minutes record no further public discussion of the economic-development matter; council members asked one staff member (Bert) to join the executive-session discussion before adjourning the public portion of the meeting.
