Verona ZBA appoints board attorney and approves routine resolutions

Before the 21–25 Grove hearing the Zoning Board unanimously appointed Greg Misera as board counsel and approved several routine resolutions (including minor variances and meeting minutes).
At the start of the Feb. 12 meeting the Verona Zoning Board of Adjustment moved, seconded and unanimously approved the appointment of Greg Misera as the board’s adjustment attorney. The board also took voice votes to approve several routine resolutions relating to minor property matters and the previous meeting’s minutes.
The board chair explained that any formal actions taken at the meeting would be memorialized in a resolution and adopted at the next regular meeting; the appointment and routine resolutions were recorded as approved without objection.
