The Holt County Board of Equalization met May 29 at 9:30 A.M. and acknowledged receipt from the Tax Equalization and Review Commission (TERC) that the county’s 2026 real-property valuation meets state requirements.
County Assessor Tim Wallinger then demonstrated Eagle View aerial imagery to the board, showing parcel imagery and mapping tools used in valuation and property administration. The Board approved the May 18 minutes at the start of the session and adjourned the Board of Equalization at 9:48 A.M.
The meeting notice was published and the session was held pursuant to Section 84-1411 R.R.S. 1943, as recorded in the minutes.
