The chief said My90 survey results (March–Dec) included 251 responses with 72% reporting a 'very positive' experience and a combined 89% positive/very positive rating — higher than some national baselines cited in the presentation. He described features such as live streaming for supervisors during active calls, automatic buffering to preserve pre‑event moments and tools for tagging footage with case numbers in the field. Commissioners praised the department’s transparency and urged the city manager’s office to publicize these performance metrics to the community.
What’s next: chief and staff said the rollout is already underway (some items as recent as last month) and that My90 and Axon data will be used to guide training, supervision and community engagement.
