Warren County honors parks employee Chris Graville for service

Warren County Fiscal Court on May 28 paused its agenda to recognize Parks and Recreation employee Chris Graville for more than three years of service and for his work on the county's Operation Pride/Beautify I-65 flag program.
The judge introduced Graville and thanked him for being "boots on the ground"—handling mowing, trimming, spraying, flag maintenance and repair coordination. Mayor Johnny Webb, who the judge said had been "instrumental" in creating the flag program, noted the county spends about $50,000 a year on flags and praised Graville's commitment to the program.
Chris Graville thanked the fiscal court for its support of the nonprofit partnership that maintains the county's flags and public-beautification efforts. The court presented Graville a plaque and a judge-executive challenge coin as tokens of appreciation.
Remarks were short and congratulatory; the court then returned to the regular agenda.
