Early in the meeting the board adopted Res#2024-39 (Application No. 2024-04, Scott Wardell — bulk variance for 108 Wexford Drive) and Res#2024-40 (Application No. 2024-09, John Maccarone — minor subdivision for 2200 Oldmans Creek Road). Both resolutions were adopted on motions by Rushton (one seconded by Kauffman, the other by Morris) with the roll calls recorded in the minutes.
The meeting’s major vote came on PB#2024-02, NP Woolwich Industrial. The board approved the application with variances and conditions of approval by an 8–2 margin (Grasso, Juliano, Matthias, Morris, Moorer, Nocentino, Healey and Chair Maugeri — yes; Rushton and Kauffman — no). The motion, made by Rushton and seconded by Grasso, attaches conditions including written approvals and coordination with NJDOT, the New Jersey Turnpike authority and county agencies as applicable, completion of NJDEP permitting, and township engineering compliance review of curbing, access easements and other technical items before final Certificates of Occupancy are issued.
