Union High School drama team honored for state title; county IT staff receive service award

The Duchesne County Commission recognized the Union High School Drama Team for winning the state championship. Coach Mindy Palmer described the final round and said the team "are the hardest-working kids in the school" and won by seven points in the last round; six seniors were present and each commissioner congratulated the team.
Human Resource Director Judy Stevenson presented a five-year award to I.T. Director Taylor Warr and praised the I.T. Department for its work supporting the administration building remodel; Director Warr thanked his team for their dedication and long hours.
The recognitions were ceremonial; no formal actions were required.
