Potter County adopts HUD language-access and citizen-participation plans, names coordinator

Commissioner Robert Rossman moved to approve both the CDBG citizen-participation plan and the Language Access Plan; motions were seconded and passed with all three commissioners voting yes. The board also passed Resolution 5 of 2025 to appoint a Language Access Coordinator to oversee implementation of the plan.
