The Town of Castle Rock Board of Building Appeals approved minutes and elected board leadership in unanimous roll-call votes at its June 1 meeting.
A motion to accept the minutes from the March 2, 2026 meeting was moved, seconded and approved by a 5–0 roll-call vote.
In subsequent procedural business, the board took nominations for chair and vice chair. The nomination of Bob Binder for chair passed by a vote of 5 in favor, 0 opposed; Binder was declared elected. The board then nominated and confirmed Vice Chair Self for the vice-chair position by a vote of 5–0.
The board completed its business and adjourned at 6:32 p.m. after an adjournment motion that passed by roll call 5–0.
