Mount Kisco Architectural Review Board unanimously approves six design applications

The Mount Kisco Architectural Review Board on Wednesday unanimously approved six applications covering signage, a residential rooftop solar installation, a portico and a commercial building alteration.
Bonnie Saran of the Reyem Company asked the board to revise a comprehensive sign package for 23–27 Main Street to change the color requirements for the front awnings; Andy Gonzalez moved to approve, James Vallejos seconded, and the board voted all ayes. Robert Persichetti of Effective Sign Works presented wall and monument signage for Storage King at 140 Radio Circle Drive; the board approved on a motion by James Vallejos, seconded by Andy Gonzalez (all ayes). Ashley Castillo of Signstar NY presented wall and monument signs for Shake Shack at 176 N Bedford Road, which the board also approved on a motion by Andy Gonzalez, seconded by James Vallejos (all ayes).
Alex Press of Infinity Energy presented proposed rooftop solar panels for the Wu residence at 43 E Ridge Lane; the board reviewed renderings and approved the installation on a motion by James Vallejos, seconded by Andy Gonzalez (all ayes). Nataly Lopez presented plans for a front portico at 6 Ascot Circle; the board approved the addition on a motion by Andy Gonzalez, seconded by James Vallejos (all ayes). Bryan Zelnick of Bryan Zelnick Architect, P.C. presented alterations to the front of the Toyota Service Building at 353 N Bedford Road; the board approved the proposed alteration on a motion by James Vallejos, seconded by Andy Gonzalez (all ayes).
The board also approved the minutes of Oct. 15, 2025 (motion by James Vallejos, seconded by Andy Gonzalez) and adjourned at 8:00 p.m. Staff listed as present at the meeting included Bill Seegmuller, Assistant Building Inspector. No correspondence was recorded.
