Manor Township supervisors unanimously approve consent agenda; receive LASA Act 14 notice
Summary
At the May 5 organizational meeting Chairman Jim Keck called for approval of the consent agenda, Supervisor Allan Herr moved and Supervisor Missy Phelan seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The board also acknowledged an Act 14 notification for the LASA Blue Rock nutrient upgrade; no board action was required.
Chairman Jim Keck moved the meeting forward by asking for a motion to approve the consent agenda, which the board approved unanimously. Supervisor Allan Herr moved to approve the consent agenda as presented; Supervisor Missy Phelan seconded and the motion carried by unanimous voice vote of the supervisors present (Keck, Herr, Phelan).
The consent agenda, as read into the record, included the previous month’s minutes; training approvals (annual conferences and training); the financial report and accounts payable; Traffic Commission matters; the police report; the Public Works Director report; the Township Manager’s report; the Blue Rock Fire Rescue report; and the building permit report.
Separately, the board received an Act 14 notification from LASA regarding a nutrient upgrade at the Blue Rock Water Resource Recovery Facility. Manager J. Ryan Strohecker indicated that no board action was necessary at this meeting. Chairman Keck then entertained a motion to adjourn; Supervisor Allan Herr moved, Supervisor Missy Phelan seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
