At its Dec. 10, 2024 meeting the Mount Kisco Planning Board discussed a site plan for 510 Lexington Avenue submitted by Blue Point Realty. Jan Fabry appeared before the board to discuss the proposal and answered questions about parking and a licensing agreement between the property and the Village.
Board members focused on the adequacy of parking and on the status of a licensing agreement with the Village. Planning staff were directed to prepare a formal resolution for consideration at the Jan. 14, 2025 meeting so the board can review any proposed conditions or language governing the licensing arrangement.
No formal vote on the site plan was recorded at this meeting; the item was continued to Jan. 14 for resolution drafting and further board consideration.
