The Bolton Inland Wetlands Commission voted on Nov. 18 to table the application for a soccer field at Herrick Park (IW-25-16) until its next regular meeting after staff said supplemental documents submitted the morning of the meeting were not provided to commission members.
Wetlands Agent Alyssa Barroso described changes to the application and map since the last meeting. Applicant representative Joseph Dillion said he had provided additional information to staff that morning but that the materials had not been made available to commissioners for review, prompting Member Michael McDonnell to move to table the application; Vice Chair James Loersch seconded and the motion carried unanimously 5-0-0.
No public hearing or final substantive review took place; the application will return for continued review after commissioners have had the opportunity to review the supplemental materials.
