Bolton IWC approves 2026 meeting dates and budget, hears agent report and ongoing enforcement matter

At its Dec. 16 meeting the Bolton Inland Wetlands Commission approved its 2026 meeting calendar and authorized a 2026 Inland Wetlands Commission budget equal to last year, totaling $2,235, voting 4–0 on both items.
Wetlands Agent Alyssa Barroso reported routine permit inspections and said it had been a slow month for new activity. Under "Other," Barroso reported ongoing dumping at 37 Notch Road associated with Alexey Ouzonov and a tenant; Barroso said she had contacted George Logan about an inspection report and that, as of the meeting, no report had been received. Barroso warned that failure to provide the inspection report could lead to legal action and said she and Chair Ross Lally would meet with the Town Attorney on next steps.
The Commission also agreed to review proposed updates to the Wetlands Regulations and Fee Schedule at the January meeting, with Chair Ross Lally indicating a target to complete the updates by the end of March. Vice Chair James Loersch moved to adjourn at 8:47 p.m.; the motion carried unanimously 4:0:0.
