Supervisor B. Hilliard moved and A. Birch seconded approval of the December regular meeting minutes; the motion carried. The board likewise carried motions to approve the December treasurer's reports and the December payable voucher lists, moved respectively by B. Hilliard (seconded by T. Tardivo) and M. Long (seconded by B. Hilliard). The minutes record those motions as "carried" but do not provide a roll‑call vote tally.
In new business, the board approved a Letter of Authorization permitting the fire chief to make changes to run cards so companies may be added, a procedural step to coordinate with Armstrong County 911. The board also approved readvertisement to auction a Kubota tractor following the requirements of the Second Class Township Code.
On personnel, the board voted to table hiring of part‑time police officers after a motion by B. Hilliard seconded by M.
