The Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen passed several routine measures at its May 18 meeting.
Bill No. 5115, authorizing staff to conduct an online auction to dispose of surplus city property, passed its second reading and was adopted as Ordinance No. 4884 on a unanimous vote. Bill No. 5116, authorizing purchase of a Ram 5500 chassis for the Public Works Department under the Missouri State Qualified Vendors Contract, passed and was assigned Ordinance No. 4885. Bill No. 5117, authorizing the Mayor and/or City Administrator to exercise a one‑year renewal option with Cochran Engineering Company for on‑call engineering and surveying services, passed and was assigned Ordinance No. 4886.
Mayor Brian McKinney also read Resolution No. 05-18-26(1), authorizing submission of two Missouri Arts Council Express Grant applications; the board approved the resolution unanimously.
